Introducing ALL NEW P90

I'm so excited about this new program just being introduced and I cannot wait to share it with all of you!

So what is P90?  First - let's take a look at the promo video!



Well if you are like me, you've most certainly heard of Tony Horton and P90X but you've either never tried it because it seems a little scary, or you have tried it and maybe failed.  You want to do P90X but you just don't feel that you're at the right fitness level yet to be able to tackle a program with this intensity. Do you want a stepping stone to build a base level to be able to get to a point where you could do P90X?  Or maybe you just want a START.  You are scared that you won't be able to do a program because it's too tough?  THIS is the program for you!

How does the program work?

The workouts are low-intensity - so no hard core pounding of your joints.  It includes simple cardio, simple workouts.  The best part - ONLY 25-30 Minutes a day for 90 days to totally transform your body and your life.  I know for me - the thought of doing one insane workout for at least 60 minutes a day like P90X just really seemed hard to fit into my schedule.  But ANYONE can do 25-30 minutes.  The program comes with a simple nutrition guide that will help you with your daily food intake and focus on the right kinds of foods you need to fuel your body.  There are also modified moves you can follow so that literally ANYBODY can do the workouts.

When is P90 Available?
