Welcome to 2026
I know blogs are so 2014. But you know what? I LOVE them. So I'm going to write in mine again. Because I think we should just do what we love even if it's not cool or relevant anymore. I typed in "blogspot.com" not even knowing if it was still a thing. I was so glad to see my blog still standing. I have archived all 212 posts I made in the past because I want a fresh start.
I'm not interested in any content creation with video on instagram or tik tok - just not my style or something I'm good at. I love reading the written word. So I'm going to try to create what I love.
One thing that hasn't changed since I started this blog initially in 2014 is my passion for pursuing a healthy lifestyle. There have been many bumps in the road - highs and many lows - but I've been continuously pursuing a lifestyle that aims to take care of my body, mind, and soul in the best way that works for me. Not quick fixes...a true lifestyle that can be maintained and is actually sustainable. Health is not a one-size-fits-all scenerio. What works for me may not work for you at all. Our bodies are ridiculously amazing machines and I look at mine like a big science experiement when it comes to health. But I hope if you stumble across this little blog, you might be able to find something that resonsates with you and you can leave whatever doesn't.
I know I'll have fun writing and that's all that matters - but I hope a few of you can find this little blog to be one of encouragement and light for you.
